Oh man! I stepped into this one. So I used Yelp to find the perfect Mexican restaurant nestled in the downtown Tampa area. Oh boy, I had a dish called Birria. Never had it before but damn! And I mean damn! Just packed with flavor that left my groins quivering. Ok! Maybe that's exaggerating but I highly recommend the Birria and the Guacamole with chicharrones is to absolutely die for. The staff are so cool and just awesome... The ambiance is casual with outdoor dining. Just a great place to enjoy an evening with good friends and Margaritas.... Yes Margaritas! Of course I had a pineapple drink. Remember to support your local grubberies so we both don't starve...
Stopped in for Taco Tuesday and it was totally worth it. Purchased three CAMARONES grilled shrimp, mozzarella, chipotle cream, pico de gallo, sliced avocado tacos. Very fresh ingredients used in the food at Los Chapos. Also grabbed a TINGA DE POLLO QUESADILLA which was very tasty. The quesadilla chicken was very juicy and flavorful. The customer service is very good, you will be greeted with smiling faces ready to serve you. I love the ambiance of Los chapos, at times they also have a food truck outside for orders. Los Chapos Tacos is my go to spot for Taco Tuesday.

I've only eaten black beans and rice from here with Guac and chips and i come weekly! My partner gets two shrimp tacos We both get the mango drink. The customer service is top shelf and the women look amazing
Amazing tacos! Definitely best I have tried in Tampa Bay Area, very authentic! I am not a fun of the location but they made a place so nice with plenty of indoor and outdoor tables, and service is super quick. It is not a fancy place, but it is very clean and pleasant. We had chicken, shrimp and mushroom tacos and all were amazing. We also got three dips that were great as well. Definitely recommend!
